19.1 Workout Decription Video

Workout Description 训练描述


训练开始前,运动员需要坐在划船机上,显示器清零,把手放在固定器上。在“3,2,1,开始!”后,运动员伸手拿住把手,开始划船。当计时器读数到1500米的时候,运动员将移动到杠铃开始硬拉。运动员必须完成36次硬拉后才可以移动到跳箱处开始跳箱过。运动员必须完成63次跳箱过。时间在运动员完成第63次跳箱过时停止。


This workout begins with the athlete seated on the rower, the handle stowed and the monitor set to zero. After the call of “3, 2, 1… go!” the seated athlete will reach down, grab the handle and begin rowing. Once the monitor reads 1500m, the athlete will move to the barbell to begin the deadlift, he or she must complete 36 deadlifts before moving to the box for the box jump overs. The athlete must complete 63 box jump overs. Time stops once the 63rd box jump over has been completed.


运动员的分数为完成要求动作以及对应的要求次数的时间。时间上限为15分钟。如果运动员在时间上限内没有完成所有的次数,他/她的成绩为完成的次数。


The athlete’s score will be the time it takes to complete all the required movements in required reps. There is a 15 minute time cap, if the athlete does not finish the all reps, the score will be the number of reps he/she completed.


动作标准

Movement Standards

划船 

显示器必须在划船开始前清零。在显示器读数到达1500米前,运动员必须坐在划船机上。


The monitor must be set to zero at the beginning of the row.  The athlete must stay seated on the rower until the monitor reads 1500m.


硬拉

硬拉为双手在膝盖外的传统硬拉。相扑硬拉是不允许的。开始时杠铃在地面,运动员完成每一次硬拉时,膝盖和臀部需要完全伸直,头和肩部在杠铃后方。手臂在硬拉过程中必须保持伸直。不可以将杠铃弹起。


This is a traditional deadlift with hands outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed. Starting with the barbell on the floor, the athlete lifts the bar until the hips and knees reach full extension, and the head and shoulders are behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout. No bouncing. 


跳箱

开始跳箱过之前,运动员站在跳箱的一侧。运动员必须跳跃到箱子上方,双脚落在箱子上,然后可以选择跳下或者走下到箱子的另一侧。或者,运动员可以选择完全跳过箱子。如果选择完全跳过箱,双脚必须飞跃过跳箱的上方,而不是跳箱的两侧。只有双脚允许接触跳箱。单脚起跳和走过箱是不允许的。每个次数完成的标准是运动员双脚落在跳箱的另一侧,然后他们可以完成下一个次数。在跳箱过里,不要求运动员在跳箱上方站直。


The box jump-over starts with athlete standing on one side of the box. Each rep begins in a standing position, the athlete must jump on top of the box with both feet and land with both feet and then either jump or step off the box to the other side, or the athlete may jump completely over the box. If jumping over the box, the feet must go over the box, not around it.  Only the feet may come in contact with the box. One-footed jumping or stepping over the box is not allowed. The rep finishes when the athlete has landed on the other side of the box with both feet where they may begin their next rep. In box jump-over, there is no requirement to stand tall while on top of the box.

视频录制技巧

开始视频录制之前

Before you start recording


如果你是用手机,请调整到飞行模式,防止录制过程中不必要的打扰。

If you're using a phone, set it to airplane mode to avoid unwanted interruptions during filming.


确定你录制视频的设备有充足的电量与内存去录制整个WOD。

Ensure your filming device has enough battery life and memory to film the entire WOD.

运动员需要陈述自己的姓名,报名组别以及附属场馆。

Athlete should state name, division and affiliate.


所有的器械需要根据项目内容提前在视频中成列展示。

All equipment used must be shown (per event details).


整个视频中间,完整的计时器必须一直录制在摄像范围里。(TIPS:如果场馆里的计时器不方便使用,可以下载一个免费的计时器在平板或者朋友的手机上)

A timer must be in sight at all times (tip: if gym timer not available use a tablet. There's several free apps you can download)
